Why do you use DHL? In an effort to reduce the waste that comes from quickly changing fashion trends, Urban Smalls makes all web orders on demand rather than making inventory that would sit on shelves. All items are custom made and shipped directly from our factory in Guatemala.
- How long does it take to receive my order? Our factory makes every web order custom, which can take a little longer. But 90% of online orders ship within a week, and DHL shipping typically takes 3-4 days.

What if I need to return my order? We hope you love your purchase, but sometimes things happen. As our merchandise ships directly from the factory in Guatemala it's not always possible to process returns, but we'll do our best to make sure you're satisfied.
