Shipping
Orders ship within 2-3 days UPS Ground. Please allow up to a week for your purchase to arrive; you can see tracking information under My Account. For faster service, please use the Expedited Shipping options during checkout. Please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes.

Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you're unsatisfied with your Urban Smalls purchase, please contact us within 14 days for a refund or credit. We do not accept items that have been worn. Please send the item and your contact information to:
